At Oddbaba, we are committed to delivering your orders in a timely, safe, and efficient manner. This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines the terms related to order processing, shipping timelines, and delivery coverage.

1. Delivery Coverage

We currently ship across India. International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Order Processing Time

  • All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email and/or SMS once your order is placed successfully.

3. Shipping Time & Partners

  • Standard delivery time: 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
  • Remote or rural areas may require additional time.
  • We partner with leading logistics providers like Delhivery, DTDC, and Blue Dart to ensure reliable delivery.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.
  • For orders below ₹499, a nominal shipping fee of ₹49 may apply.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD), if available, may include an additional charge (e.g., ₹30–₹50).

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS. You can also log in to your account on https://oddbaba.com to track your order status.

6. Delivery Delays

While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • Unforeseen logistics issues
  • Weather conditions
  • Strikes or government restrictions

We appreciate your patience during such instances and will keep you informed.

7. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If the delivery fails after 3 attempts, the product will be returned to us and your order may be cancelled.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged product or if an item is missing, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photo/video proof at:

9. Change of Address

Changes to the shipping address can be made only before dispatch. Once the order is shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed.
