At Oddbaba, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and easy for our customers, while ensuring a smooth order management process.

1. Cancellation Before Shipment

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
  • If your order status is still “Processing” or “Confirmed,” you can contact us immediately to request cancellation.
  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may initiate a return after delivery (as per our Return & Refund Policy).

2. How to Cancel an Order

To cancel an order, please contact our support team as soon as possible with the following details:

3. Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • For prepaid orders (UPI, credit/debit card, net banking): Full refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Since no payment is collected yet, there is no refund required.

4. Order Cancellation by Oddbaba

We reserve the right to cancel an order due to:

  • Product out of stock or discontinued
  • Pricing or technical errors
  • Suspicious or fraudulent activity

In such cases, the full amount will be refunded (if paid), and the customer will be notified immediately.
