At Oddbaba, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a simple and transparent return and refund policy to ensure a smooth post-purchase experience.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
  • The item is unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
  • You provide clear photo or video evidence of the issue.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used, installed, or damaged items not due to our fault.
  • Items without original packaging, invoice, or accessories.
  • Clearance or sale items (unless damaged or defective).
  • Custom orders or made-to-order products.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@oddbaba.com or call 8700635477 within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Mention your Order ID, reason for return, and attach images/videos of the product.
  3. Once approved, we will schedule a pickup or ask you to self-ship the item (if applicable).

4. Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
  • For prepaid orders: Refunds are made to the original source (UPI/credit/debit card, net banking).
  • For COD orders: Refunds will be processed via bank transfer. We’ll request your bank details securely via email or phone.

5. Shipping Charges on Returns

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, wrong product): Shipping is free.
  • If the return is for any other reason (e.g., customer’s change of mind): Return shipping charges may apply, or self-shipping may be required.

6. Cancellations & Order Changes

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, the return process must be followed. For cancellation requests, contact us immediately.

7. Exchange Policy

Currently, we do not offer direct product exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
